How to Improve Your Posture For A Better Golf Turn

Here’s a quick fix to Improve Your Posture.

You need good posture to get the best golf turn for distance and power! But if you work at a computer or a desk most of your work day, like I do, your posture is more than likely abysmal! I can still hear my mother telling me to “Sit up straight!” when I was always slumping over my breakfast cereal or my homework. And she was right. My posture needs rehabilitation! Today, after years of sitting at a keyboard, my shoulders are rounded, my chest muscles are tight, and my shoulders and back are out of whack. And as time goes on, my posture is only getting worse. I really don’t want this to happen, especially if I want to keep playing golf. Right now, I have a hard time getting a full turn and my power swing and distance are not what they could be. What do you think? Is it time to buy your own yoga strap? I checked online and they are easily available and inexpensive. Check out Amazon.com, Walmart, etc.

I just ordered one and will try it out for a few weeks and then report back. Think it will work? Add your comments in the space below.
