This is the key question from the marketing materials of a business program I recently discovered via the LinkedIn Network. Using the game of golf as a discovery tool the team at FORE! Leadership works to help business people uncover the truth about their leadership skills. It’s a rather unique approach.
As a business person I have sat through many day-long workshops that promised to develop all my hidden talents and help me succeed and excel in my chosen profession. More often than not they were head trips. I took notes, I listened to lectures, followed along with the slide presentations and tried to take it all in. Often, the process was overwhelming and there was too much information to integrate into my life and work.
