Heading south for the PGA show in Orlando. My plans include heading out to Demo Day on Wednesday to see what the women of golf are up to. Which manufacturers are focused on the women’s line and how many new clubs are out there for us to try? I’ll be taking photos and posting those so you can see what I see. Might even post a video or towo to YouTube. I’ll be talking with instructors, sales reps as well as LPGA Pros and get their take on all the new equipment being offered. And of course I brought my golf shoes, socks and a glove so I can try them as well.

And then there are all the fashions to look forward to. Puma had a big part in last year’s show. What are they up to this year? And who have they signed on from the LPGA? Who has the best selection? There are dozens of vendor booths to check out.

There are a couple of conferences as well that target means and methods to encourage more participation by women golfers. I’ll be attending one early on Thursday morning, and then the WIGI (Women In The Golf Industry) later that evening. A good chance to mingle and mix with some of the best in the business.

The show promises to be packed with promise and opportunity. Just hope my feet hold out!!! And my swing!
