Five Top Golf Resorts in West Virginia

Greenbrier Golf ResortIn just a little under two weeks I am heading west to visit what promises to be five top golf resorts in West Virginia. What a hoot! Thanks to Joe Burkhardt, pubisher of Tri-State Golfer Magazine and the people at Crossroads Marketing in Atlanta, Georgia I am being sent on a six day whirlwind media tour of some of the finest golf resorts in North America.

My job is to play golf on beautifully manicured fairways and greens, enjoy fine dining, rest in luxury and travel six hundred plus miles in a whirlwind! This is going to be fun, and my intention is to share it all with you with snippets of info and full blown reviews once I get home and have a chance to kick off my golf shoes! I’d love to take you with me (I’ve already had several golfing gals offer to caddy for me! LOL) but alas a writer/golfer’s job is a solitary one. I’m only kidding. Without you as a reader of golfgurls.com, I’m just blowing smoke in the wind. But I promise to keep you up to date as my adventure progresses.

Here are the link to the golf courses I will be visiting in West Virginia. Just click on a name to visit their website. Click here to view a map.

The focus is on golf! And although I will have the chance to experience some of each resort, I will be spending most of my time experiencing each resort from the woman golfer’s point of view.

What do you want me to look for? What’s important to you in a golf resort? If you were to visit one of these spectacular locations, what would you want to have waiting for you? Add your ideas in the comment area below. Have you been to any of these resorts? If you’ve ever played these golf courses, share your experience!
