Can Mantras Really Help Your Short Game?
You might very well ask, “What is a mantra?” And what the heck does it have to do with my short game?
A mantra— (originally in Hinduism and Buddhism) is a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation. In other words, a form of affirmation, or mental focus tool. Think long enough about one thing, and your mind can make it manifest… or something like that.
In any case, I just came across an MP3 file called: Short Game Mantras and thought you might want to listen in. Might help your mind get around the short game and get you back on track with your golf… even if your game has not gone off the rails, you might find it worth listening to this short 5 minute audio.
It can’t hurt. (Although, the background sounds they added might make you run for the loo. — But that might just be me.) 🙂
